RETURN OPTIONS

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. If something isn’t quite right, you have 48 hours to return.

You have three options.

1. You can take a credit coupon and use it whenever you want within one year.

2. You can change the size or color of your items or exchange it for any other item. The delivery cost is 4.00 EUR each way and will be charged in the final package as a delivery cost.

3. Ask for a refund. You can expect to receive a refund within 1 week since we receive your package. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received an email within 10 days after sending your return back to us, please contact us for further assistance. Returns have a cost of 4.00 EUR that will be deducted from the refunded amount. This option applies only in non-sales products.

In any case, you should inform us within 48 hours.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER BACK TO US

Log in to your account in mallorythelabel.com. Go to the Returns – Refunds. Place your order and name product and choose one of the given options.

You have to go to the ELTA COURIER or GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI in order to give back your parcel. Remember that you should inform us within 48 hours in case you wish to return.

To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, you should use our pre-paid postage label, which is included in the original packaging. Attach the label to the return parcel.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. They can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased and still have the bag or protective sticker with which they were sent. Items that include a bag must be returned with it. They must return clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Swimwear and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
